We are so excited to introduce our newest Management Team member, Brent Holley! Brent has come on board at Sandpines to give our patrons what they have been waiting for – a 19th Hole to talk through the game with your buddies!
Just a week in, Brent has taken complete charge and is working overtime to make his, ours, and all your dreams come true! We are just so thrilled to have him on board!!!
More about him in his own words..
“Brent Holley has spent over two decades in the food and beverage industry, with experience that
spans from the shores of Kauai to the casinos of Mississippi. His journey began behind the bar at
Club Jetty in Kauai and led him to Memphis, where he built a career working with Fitzgeralds,
Splash, Bally’s, Treasure Bay, and Goldstrike casinos. Along the way, he also spent ten years in the
golf industry as an assistant golf professional, working under respected PGA professionals at
Mallard Point, Cottonwoods, and Olive Branch Country Club.

Most recently, Brent served as bartender lead at Three Rivers Casino from 2018, further
strengthening his connection to the Florence community. A passionate cook and avid golfer, Brent
sees his current role at Sandpines as the perfect opportunity to bring those two worlds together. His
goal is to make the bar and restaurant a year-round destination for both locals and visitors.
Brent and his wife-whom he met while working at Bally’s-have built a beautiful life on the Oregon
coast. They’re proud parents of four grown children and delighted grandparents to four. With deep
roots now planted in Florence, Brent is excited about what’s ahead and committed to delivering
great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming space for all.”
